Our company is legally authorized to operate an HVAC business in every state where we'll accept iHVAC jobs, and we hold all required licenses and permits.*We carry general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000, workers' compensation where required, and our coverage extends to all jobs performed through iHVAC.*All technicians we dispatch on iHVAC jobs will be qualified, properly supervised, and — where required by their state — individually licensed.*We agree to indemnify and hold iHVAC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from our work, and to carry out every job in a safe and workmanlike manner.*I have authority to sign on behalf of the company and agree to the iHVAC Company Partner Terms of Service, including the 10% platform fee on completed jobs.*
