How we use it

• Match homeowners with techs and deliver service.
• Improve Dale's diagnostic quality.
• Send transactional email/SMS about your job or account.
• Send marketing with opt-out (reply STOP to SMS, unsubscribe in email).

What we never do

• Never sell your data.
• Never share outside iHVAC except with the matched technician and service partners required to deliver a job.
